I’ve been busy writing a new story. The main character’s name is Daisy Blackwood. She works at a florist in the city, and lives in a flat above the shop. It’s when she returns home for Christmas that the trouble starts.

In the quiet town of Tilberry— not unlike the one you live in— a big old house sits at the top of the hill. It has always belonged to the Blackwood women.

Three generations gather there for Christmas, drawn together by tradition, family… and magic. The Blackwood women are gatekeepers, sworn to keep the world safe, whether they want to or not.

Daisy Blackwood never believed she had magic. Returning to her childhood home for the holidays, she’s looking forward to familiar comforts—especially time with her cousin Alice.
