I love words and magic and mystery. Daily life however can be a little confusing, disappointing and sometimes annoying. At times it’s difficult to get out from under the frustration and the downward spiral.
The great news is there are steps we can take – breaking down our day into chunks and making sure we celebrate the little wins.
Every day do at least one activity from each of the following ideas:
A physical win – exercise, eating healthy, relaxing, skincare, taking care of our body
A mental win – reading, writing, creating, learning, engaging
A spiritual win – reflection, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude
How about we take this one step further and start our day with a morning ritual to enhance the positivity in our day –
Cleansing and refreshing – taking a shower, drinking water
Attract abundance – by writing down the things we are grateful for
Connect mindfully – through deep breathing
Ignite clarity and creativity – burn candles, incense or oils
Self healing – meditate for 10 minutes
Be open to change – stretch, yoga or dance
Manifesting – write down goals and intentions
Nurture and self love – walk in the great outdoors
I don’t remember these activities every day, but over the course of a week I manage a good handful. The good news is that we can start again each day.
