My thoughts for the week are:

We can do this!

We can tick things off our to do list – one small step at a time!

I did have some other stuff I wanted to write about – but not feeling that vibe today. Today is all about positive vibes, hitting goals, making stuff happen and getting organised.

I say that a lot, don’t I? Maybe because I have OCD, or ADHD, or because getting older the whole dynamics of everything changes, our focus changes and what we want from life and how we react to others…

It’s time to stop making excuses for why I can’t do things, and instead break the brick wall down in small, easy to handle chunks.

Write a page, a paragraph or a sentence at a time.

Weed a flower bed one small weed at a time.

Pay the bills, one at a time, in instalments if you need to.

Learn something new, try something new, cook one meal at a time, clean, one bench at a time…

You get the idea.

With the second book in my Spirit Town cosy mystery series it was well and truly time to get book one out in paperback (it’s been an ebook for a couple of months now). I pushed through my disagreement with technology and the paperback should be ready by the end of the week! Woohoo!

One huge item off my to do list and a pack on the back for me!
