This week I wanted to share with you some of the ways we use essential oils in and around our home.

In the Bathroom

  • A drop or two of Tea Tree or Peppermint in the toilet, with bicarb soda and vinegar,
  • A drop of two of Peppermint or Eucalyptus in the shower to help clear our airways
  • Clove and lemongrass on any mould
  • Lemon or lemongrass for cleaning
  • Lemon or lavender for the rinse cycle of the washing machine

Essential oils to add to our daily skin care routine – a drop or two only of any of the following:

  • Geranium
  • Frankincense
  • Yarrow Pom
  • Lavender
  • Tea Tree

For sleep and rest:

  • Diffuse 3 drops each lavender and frankincense, or 3 drops each frankincense and copaiba, or 3 drops each OnGuard and Easy Air

Diffusing essential oils cleanses the air, purifies the air. It supports our respiratory and immune system.

Diffusing essential oils can ease headaches, calm our moods and emotions and also support focus and concentration.
