It’s time to talk about inspiration and intuition.
We do all get caught up in the day to day repetitiveness, where we follow the same pattern day after day?
When ideas or inspiration come to us, we push it aside for when we have more time?
There are just so many demands on our time.
What if we thought about it differently? What if we didn’t ignore that little voice of excitement at the idea of a road trip? What if we were inspired by an image to start our own painting?
Maybe we don’t believe in our own intuition.
But just for a minute let’s play a game of what if?
What can our imagination conjure up?
If we sit quietly for a few minutes, what ideas tap us on the shoulder?
Action steps for the day:
- Light a candle or some incense (or both)
- Get out our stash of crystals
- Diffuse some peppermint and citrus
- Sit quietly, with no distractions, anywhere that is comfortable
- With pen and paper write or draw what inspiration knocks on the door
- This last step can be so much fun – think textas, coloured paper, or maybe a book dedicated to quiet time musings.
With this week’s waning moon, it’s a period to fully let go, rest, and prepare for the new cycle ahead. While we surrender and get into the natural flow of life, we may just find inspiration and ideas might flow more freely.
