Hay fever is definitely a thing. So are colds and flu. Especially in the spring time when we think we are over the worst of the winter woes. I am speaking from experience. What I thought was just hay fever is turning into a fluey thing.
My go to protocol – essential oils – diffusing eucalyptus, peppermint, lemon, oregano, clove, tea tree and frankincense. Any combo of these oils will help. Citrus essential oils help cleanse the air around us. Apply any of these oils to the bottom of our feet, wrists and throat, diluted with a carrier oil.
If you need any oils, I am here to help: https://beta-doterra.myvoffice.com/sarahlewin12
Nature is nurturing. Spring is the perfect time for getting outside in the great outdoors. This can be as easy as sitting in the sunshine, getting our hands dirty, walking barefoot in the dirt, on the sand, in the water. Spending time outside is healing. If you are an indoor person, open doors and windows to freshen up the rooms in your home.
