Is anyone else feeling irritable yet focused, hyperactive yet exhausted and a little headachy with a stuffy nose and an upset tummy?
It could be because it is the middle of the year, and we are still feeling the effects of winter. The longer darker and cold days can take a toll on us all.
The Lion’s Gate Portal may also be playing a part in how we are feeling. This is a phenomenon where literally all the stars and planets align in the sky. It happens around the same time each year, from late July until the middle of August. It is said this is a time when we are more attuned into our higher, spiritual selves, our dreams and desires.
The question is, what can we do during this time, to calm some of the symptoms?
We can take some quiet time, to sit and jot down our thoughts and words. Keeping a diary, maybe painting or a hand eye coordination task you can focus on. It gets us out of that over thinking mode and let’s us open our minds to what we can achieve. Then we can figure out what we want to bring into our lives, those things we want more of.
The next step is to manifest our dreams.
I find it useful to write a magical to do list. A list of those things I want to achieve or manifest. It helps keep me focused.
