Welcome to August!
Let’s make August a month of counting our blessings.
When we are grateful for what we have, we attract more things to be grateful for.
Tip #1 – everyday, write down ten things you are grateful for. Read the list back aloud.
Tip #2 – find a magic rock. It can be a crystal or a stone, one you feel drawn to. Keep it beside your bed. At night, as you go to sleep, hold your rock and remember all the things that happened during the day that you are grateful for.
Tip #3 – each day pick a topic and take some time to think about all the things you are grateful for. Topics can include family members and friends, health and our body, the money in our wallet, the food we eat, our clothes, where we live.
Tip #4 – sprinkle magic fairy dust everywhere we go, saying thank you to every one who serves us, in cafes, shops, at work or school etc.
Tip #5 – Steps of gratitude – for each step we take on a walk to work or around the house, to the shops say thank you out loud.
Tip #6 – gratitude and blessings for things we would like to happen. Gratitude forward for manifesting our dreams into reality.
The key is to make a point of thinking about and counting our blessings.
If we are consistent with this, over time we are creating a habit of gratitude.
