When we diffuse essential oils they can help ease stress and anxiety. They can help our bodies calm down enough to sleep. Specific oils have a calming effect. Lavender, frankincense, copaiba, cedarwood, vetiver, sandalwood and chamomile.

What if we want to use them on the go, or we are at work and we can’t diffuse oils? This is when a roller blend comes in handy.

A couple of drops on our palms, rubbed together and inhale.

A drop or two on our wrists, on our feet or on our temples.

Essential oils in the bath. In a spray bottle, or a drop or two on our pillow.

Sometimes when we are busy and caught up with life we forget the simple things.
