The start of the week is always a busy day for me and I am sure everyone else as well.
I love the words that I associate with Monday. Magic, Motivational, Mindfulness, Manifesting.
It is all about setting intentions for the day, the week, the month.
What are your key tools for this?
I was recently reminded of the value of meditation as a tool to start and end the day the right way.
It doesn’t have to be a long meditation. We just have to be consistent. For me this is the key, remembering every day. There are plenty of good guided meditation options available. I suggest finding one that resonates with you and start there.
Another tool is affirmations, on little post it notes, around our homes, office, even in the car. Mantra’s or affirmations that we can see regularly;
I can do this!
I am a money magnet!
I deserve love and abundance!
My body is healthy!
Are all good places to start.
