As the weather is getting cooler, it is the perfect time to set up some space indoors. Indoor space is great for creativity, for self awareness, for snuggling up with a good book or a movie.
Last week I spoke about being mindful, being aware of self and the present, who we are and where we are. When we think about it, being mindful and setting intentions go hand in hand.
It is the perfect time to set our intentions, to bring in some clarity to what it is we are trying to achieve. To set intentions we can ask ourselves “what do we seek?” “what do we need?” “what do we wish?”
Questions like this keep us focused, living in the present and mindful.
Clarity is the key!

- Crystals – selenite, smoky quartz, rose quartz
- Essential Oils – bergamot, spearmint, lime
- Incense – sandalwood, lemongrass
