Autumn is here, and the slightly cooler weather is lovely!

A lot of us are finding we are getting seasonal bugs, reminding us it is so important to look after our health.

As long as we remember to have a few serves of fruit and veg a day, to stay hydrated and get enough rest, we can minimise the impact to our health.

Herb of the Week

Lemon Balm

  • lemon balm tea – reduces stress and anxiety and helps promotes sleep
  • eases the pain and discomfort from indigestion, including gas, bloating and colic
  • add leaves to salads or water or juices

Essential Oil of the Week

Rosemary

  • alleviates muscle pain
  • improves memory
  • boosts the immune and circulatory system
  • promotes hair growth

Witchy Tip

Being outside on a windy day can cleanse us. Visualise the wind blowing through us, taking away any negative energy that is sticking around us.

Healthy Tip 

A couple of drops lavender with a tablespoon of Epsom salts in the bath – a relaxing bath that also draws toxins out of our bodies.
