How we are feeling, physically and emotionally are often clues to what we need to work on and heal. These messages can alert us to something physically or emotionally that we should not ignore. I love teaching my clients to listen to their intuition.
There is so much to learn about ourselves, that we can support our healing by tuning in to our bodies and loving ourselves. When we listen by asking ourselves, our higher selves and wisdom and follow our intuition. One of the simplest tools for listening to ourselves is to journal. A few minutes a day, writing in a journal is all it takes. The wisdom we find from this is an amazing gift.
For me, when I listen to my own inner wisdom I am often drawn outside, away from electrical appliances and noise, into nature. Plants and their ability to help us heal are well documented too, and not just by eclectic witchy types.
Eating fresh foods, exercise and stretching outside, drinking enough water, and bringing nature inside, through crystals and essential oils.
The aroma-therapeutic qualities of essential oils to lift our moods and promote calm, or to energise.
Diffusing essential oils and / or diluting with a carrier oil and applying are two of my favourite ways to support our mental and physical well being.
Try this – add two drops of Citrus Bliss or Elevation to hand cream – beautiful!
Or this – apply Ice Blue or Past Tense roller to back of neck.
Diffuse Peppermint, Lavender and Lemon – 4 drops each
Diffuse Spearmint and Lime – 4 drops each
Diffuse Roman Chamomile and Cedarwood – 3 drops each
Diffuse Motivate and Passion – 3 drops each
Diffuse Cheer and Peace – 3 drops each
