Here are the questions I asked myself earlier this week:
Question – what do you want to manifest this week?
Do you want more money? Better health? Contact with a loved one? Does it seem too daunting? Too difficult?
Do you know what? Whatever we believe is what we will bring into our lives.
Not always immediately, or perfectly, or even as we plan, but, when we work towards our goals, we will end up with what we are focusing on.
My tip is, that when we make plans, we should make small action steps, ones that are easy to take. Celebrate the small wins, and never give up.
We also need to watch our thoughts. We all get stuck when we focus on lack rather than on love and gratitude. When we are stuck, quickly think of at least three things we love and are grateful for.
This week I am so very grateful for the three days of rain we had, the weather cooled down, the plants all popped up and are growing beautifully.
Plus, the time inside was a chance to plan what I want to focus on. My business, my passion, I truly believe in it, my passion, helping people. So what do I do next? That’s the very interesting question.
Practical Tips
Natural Remedies for Warts and Skin Tags.
The key to using any of these things to get rid of warts and skin tags is consistency. Remembering to use the remedy at least twice a day for two weeks or until the wart or skin tag is gone.
- Tea Tree
- Oregano
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Duct Tape
Natural Remedies for Digestion and Nausea.
- Ginger
- Peppermint
- Fennel
- Lemon
- Rosemary
- Digestzen
All of these, as plants, teas or as essential oils can assist with digestion, nausea, bloating and constipation.
Blend two or three drops of any of these essential oil with carrier oil and massage on stomach twice a day or as needed.
Ginger, Lemon or Peppermint tea taken as required. Or a couple of drops of essential oil in a cup of warm / hot water.
Diffusing Rosemary and Lemon essential oils.
For me, staying away from gluten and dairy helps too. And stress, never under estimate the effect of stress on our bodies.
