Manifestation is picturing or visualising the outcome we want. Whether it is losing weight, hosting a class or workshop, travel, relationships, a new job or a new home, picturing the outcome, believing in it and acting as if it has already happened, can help make it so.

One of the things I do, is I tend to not be specific enough, so if I can’t be specific and picture the outcome clearly, it won’t occur. Take a new home for example, what does it look like, where is it, what do you do there? This one is a great example, as for months I pictured and visualised a light and airy home, on land with lots of plants….and look where we live.

Another example, having finished university and wanting a job in the field you studied, picture working in the field. How do you feel? What are you wearing? What is different when you have that job?

If you want to lose weight to be healthier or to wear specific clothes, picture how you look in your new clothes. How do you feel? What is different about your life?

This is where the link to action steps come in. Most things we want to manifest require some action on our part. Looking for that job, or that house. Changing what we eat, exercising, learning new skills, so many action steps help the manifestation process along.

I know I have written about this before, but as I said in my post on setting intentions, there are differences between manifesting and setting intentions. There are also similarities. We need to fully believe and feel, think and act as if what we want has happened. Not just words. This is where I tend to falter. Do I truly believe I deserve that house, job, relationship etc? Do I think I can achieve it? Only one person can answer this.

Ways to focus and help the visualisation along:

  1. Be specific
  2. Write notes and leave them everywhere, in the house, car, fridge, bathroom, computer, under our pillow, in our lunch box
  3. Day dream as often as we can, as many times throughout the day as possible
  4. Don’t give up
  5. Use talismans, crystals, candles, diffuse essential oils, cast spells (yes I said cast spells, which is really another way of setting intentions)
  6. Walk, talk and act as if we have already achieved what it is we are aiming for
  7. Don’t give up

Remember, if our goal involves someone else, we can’t make someone do what they don’t want to do (I didn’t mean casting those types of spells). We can still visualise the outcome we want, the healed relationship. Focus on the feelings, how we would feel, the positive feelings.

Manifesting an outcome, setting intentions and action steps are ways we can set about achieving our goals. If we can focus on the outcome, and believe in ourselves, really believe it is possible, then it will be so. Blessings.
