I share about the Dotrerra essential oils and products because we have experienced how effective they are and we want others to benefit. Yes I want to grow my business, but helping others learn about the oils is my first motivation. So today, this morning I rubbed On Guard on my feet, to keep seasonal flu away. I have peppermint and wild orange in the diffuser, I have used memory (rosemary, peppermint and frankincense) on my wrists, Ice Blue on Pete’s back and elbow, and frankincense on a couple of skin blemishes. I have two drops of Zendocrine in my glass of water.

The On Guard on my feet is the only reason why I haven’t succumbed to cold bugs. The peppermint and wild orange focuses me, my brain has so many things going on at the moment, and the memory mix, as well as helping with my sore wrist, keeps me on track. The Ice Blue doesn’t remove Pete’s back ache entirely, but it sure eases it. A couple of applications of frankincense and marks on my skin fade right away. Zendocrine acts as a liver detox and has helped regulate my system.

I am not saying that using the oils and the Doterra products we will never get sick, run down, worn out or emotional, all these things still happen, but not as intensely and we bounce back way more quickly. Pete is finding his feet in life after 30 plus years at full time work and is ‘coping’ far better, with the support of the oils, in particular, Balance, Elevation, to keep his emotions positive, and lavender peace and patchouli to help with sleep.

The lifelong vitality supplements have been a lifesaver, and even with the drop in income, we are still keeping up these supplements, for overall mental and physical health, to counteract bugs and viruses and to keep up immune support. DDR prime supplements, repairing damaged cells, is another must for both of us, for various aches, pains and health concerns or rather to maintain health.

I have found the Doterra shampoo and conditioner is beneficial for my hair. With Boorowa water, other shampoos and conditioners couldn’t stop the frizzy hair look, but the Doterra products for the most part have. The Doterra on guard hand wash is great, the toothpaste I am getting used to, it doesn’t lather much but then with the water here nothing much does. I am getting used to how little of each of the products – the laundry detergent and the general cleaner I need, although I do prefer making my own cleaners. Not just because it is way cheaper – using water, vinegar, baking powder, and the oils (plus some other products) or because it is natural and reduces toxic load, but also because they work and I love the feeling of confidence and achievement making and using our products.

Every day is different and brings its own challenges. I am so glad we have the oils to help support us. We are not just about the oils though, fresh fruits and veg, manuka honey, apple cider vinegar, walking and exercise, being outside, Reiki, planning our future, friends and family play a big part in our lives, our health, keeping us sane. As you have heard me say before I wish I had used these oils when my kids were still at home, but that’s a whole other story. My story today, is about sharing what I know to work, so that you too can benefit.

So when I share other people’s posts, I am not being lazy or salesy I am sharing information I thin k it important. That’s why I write the newsletters and my blog. I am trying to be authentic to who I am, and who I am meant to be. Happy Thursday everyone!
