Just as empaths keenly feel the moods, emotions and energy of others, all objects, living objects and innate object, have their own vibrational energy. Our energies can be lowered by emotions, worries, ill health, others words or actions, the environment and what we eat or drink. Our energy, emotions, thought processes, perceptions of ourselves and others and other perceptions are closely linked. Sometimes it is difficult to separate these feelings and energies. We don’t know how to separate and rise above the gloom and doom, the anger, sadness and frustration.
Many things can help us rise up and get on with living, growing, being happy and at peace. Meditation focuses our mind. It helps us let go of worries and pain and introduces positive thoughts. Exercise, walking or other sport, changes our focus, and can help us think differently. Distracting our body and mind, changing the focus to something physical can introduce another way of thinking. Get out in the fresh air, in the garden, or go for a walk in the bush, along the beach. Growing plants in our garden or playing with our pets can create a positive train of thought, raising our energy, and our vibrational energy.
Food and drink can have a positive impact. Try drinking some water if you feel tired, worn out or drained. If you feel agitated try some herbal tea – green tea, peppermint tea or chamomile tea. Fresh fruit and vegetables will raise our vibrational energy, lifting our spirits and help us feel better, happier, more positive. Conversely if we eat breads, pastas, processed foods we can feel flat, bloated, with no energy or motivation.
This is especially important for those who are empaths, sensitive souls who are greatly affected by the energy and feelings of others, the environment, the weather and negative situations. We can become fitter, healthier and happier, by making small changes inside and out. This doesn’t mean we change everything all at once. Try some of these ideas and see if they make a difference.
